• What can I write on top?
  A name or short text in capital letters, up to 6 characters. If your text contains the letter I, you can use up to 7. For example, HALL and LIVING are fine, and so is KITCHEN because it contains an I.
• Why 7 characters if my text has an I?
  The letter I takes less space than other letters, so we allow one extra character when it is present.
• Do spaces count as characters?
  Yes. Spaces between words count towards the limit.
• Will it fit my regulator?
  It fits D-shaped regulator sticks that are 6 mm in diameter and 5 mm from the flat side to the curved side. We tested it on a Schneider Electric board. We have not tested other brands, so please measure your stick before ordering.
• How do I measure my regulator stick?
  Switch off the fan and use a caliper or a fine ruler. The round part should measure 6 mm across, and the distance from the flat side to the curved side should be 5 mm.
• Will it cover the slots next to my regulator?
  The cap is 34.5 mm wide and occupies 2 slots on the board. Please make sure the space next to your regulator is free.
• How strong is it?
  It is 3D printed in PETG, a tough, impact-resistant and heat-resistant material, with 2 mm thick walls.
• Which colours are available?
  White, Black, Red, Blue, Olive Green, Grey and Pearl.
• Can I change my text after ordering?
  Yes, if you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and before printing has started. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your Order ID and the corrected text. We allow one change per order. Once printing starts, the text cannot be changed, so please double-check the spelling before you order.
• How long does delivery take?
  Orders are printed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, and delivery then takes 3-8 business days depending on your location. Customized orders may take a little longer, and we will let you know if so.
