Every product we make at 3Define Creations is backed by a comprehensive 3-month (90-day) warranty from the date of delivery. We stand behind our engineering and manufacturing, and if something goes wrong, we are here to provide full support, repair, or replacement.

What is Covered

For 90 days from delivery, your warranty covers any functional failure preventing the product from working as intended, including:

• Manufacturing Defects: Structural weaknesses, hardware component failures, or any functional flaws originating from the manufacturing or assembly process.
• Fitment Issues: If the mount or accessory does not securely fit the intended vehicle model as advertised.
• Technical Support: We will provide direct guidance, troubleshooting, or replacement components if you experience issues during assembly or installation.

What is Not Covered

To keep our warranty fair and sustainable, we cannot cover:

• Damage caused by forceful, improper installation, or exceeding the stated load capacity.
• Intentional modifications, alterations, or painting by the user.
• Normal cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect the functionality of the item (e.g., minor surface scratches).
• Damage resulting from severe vehicle accidents or the use of harsh chemical dashboard cleaners.
• Connected Devices: This warranty strictly covers the 3Define Creations product. We are not liable for any damage to smartphones, tablets, or other electronic devices used in conjunction with our mounts.

How to Claim Your Warranty

We keep the process simple and hassle-free:

1. Contact Us: Reach out via our support email or WhatsApp number.
2. Share Details: Provide your Order ID and a clear photo or short video of the issue.
3. Resolution: We will evaluate the issue within 24-48 hours. Depending on the situation, we will either ship a replacement part, provide a full unit replacement, or walk you through a supported fix—at no additional cost to you.
