Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Since our products are custom 3D printed to order, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.

We do not offer refunds. However, we stand by the quality of our engineering and manufacturing. If a product arrives damaged, has a structural flaw, or does not match the specifications ordered, we will gladly provide a free replacement.

To initiate a replacement, please contact our support team with photos of the defect and your order details within 48 hours of delivery.
