Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since our products are custom 3D printed to order, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.

Refunds are processed if a product arrives damaged or does not match the specifications ordered. Please contact us with proof of damage within 48 hours of delivery.
